By submitting any form, booking a demo, or purchasing a service, you consent to being added to our CRM and receiving marketing communications from Digital Hydronaut. We may use tools such as GoHighLevel and others to manage campaigns, communications, and automation.

5. Payment & Billing

Service fees will be detailed in your service agreement or invoice. Monthly retainers, ad spend, or project-based pricing must be paid according to the terms in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Digital Hydronaut remain our property until full payment has been made. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account or service without notice for any violation of these terms, misuse of services, or non-payment.
